Commercial and Industrial Advisor Chad Russell has a comprehensive and extensive history of sales, marketing and industry experience acquired during 17 years in the real estate industry.

Before he joined Land Advisors Organization, Chad was a senior broker at Cowen Commercial, LLC. Previously he had been vice president of the retail/commercial division at Hogan & Associates, Inc. for seven years, and before that, was a senior associate in the retail division at Grubb & Ellis for three years. There, he was responsible for retail and office property representation, assisting in the leasing, sale and ground-up development of shopping centers and office buildings, and the sale of commercially zoned and improved land to users, investors and speculators.

Chad graduated in 1999 from Arizona State University with a bachelor of science degree in finance and real estate. He became a licensed Arizona real estate agent the same year. Chad is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
