Randolph C. Titzck, P.C. brings 30 years of marketing and industry experience to the Land Advisors Organization, including an extensive history of sales.

As a leader in the commercial and industrial land space, Randolph’s comprehensive experience and knowledge enable him to successfully represent clients in large-scale land acquisitions. He leads the organization’s site selection services group.

Before joining Land Advisors Organization, Randolph was senior vice president of the Retail Properties Division at Hogan & Associates, Inc. For the 13 previous years, he was a top broker in the retail division at Grubb & Ellis. In this capacity, he was responsible for retail, office and industrial property representation, assisting in the leasing, sale and development of more than 400 shopping centers and office buildings, and the sale of commercially-zoned and improved land.

Randolph’s accolades at Grubb & Ellis include Top Producer Retail Division, Phoenix office in 1998, 1999 and 2000; Top Five Producer Nationally in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000; and Circle of Excellence Award Winner in 1998, 1999 and 2000.
Randolph earned Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Arizona State University, and has been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since 1986.
