Since joining Land Advisors in 2008, Tom Reimers has overseen the successful closing of more than 750 transactions totaling approximately $4.18 billion of total consideration.
From 2008 to 2016, as Designated Broker and President, Tom was responsible for statewide operational oversight ensuring efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources in order to advance the company’s mission and objectives while promoting revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Recently responding to the “call of the land deal,” Tom joined Team OC in a full time opportunity in 2016.
Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization – California Division, Tom worked at O’Donnell/Atkins, where he served for six years as a manager and broker.
His outstanding resume includes closing approximately 75 transactions totaling more than 10,000 residential lots, valued in excess of $650,000,000 during his tenure as a broker.
In September 2007, Tom was promoted to Executive Vice President. As such, he was responsible for managing all brokerage activities of O’Donnell/Atkins’ five offices.
Before O’Donnell/Atkins, Tom worked at the Planning Center, where he managed land use entitlement and environmental planning projects, and prior to that he was a professional baseball player with the Chicago White Sox. Tom graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Land Resource Planning and was a Scholar Athlete. Tom currently resides in Aliso Viejo with his wife their two sons.
