Waseem Hamadeh brings more than 12 years’ experience in real estate brokerage, investment and finance to Land Advisors Organization. His background includes experience as a senior short sale analyst at Bank of America Corporation, managing a short-sale portfolio of 400 properties nationwide valued at $90 million.
At Land Advisors Organization, Waseem applies his financial and real estate expertise in some of the firm’s most sensitive, high-profile projects. In this role, he works closely with Greg Vogel to advise clients during decisions concerning the highest and best use of land and disposition and acquisition approach. He performs financial modeling, including valuation and absorption analysis, for large projects including master planned communities. Waseem manages the disposition of institutional-client assets throughout the Land Advisors Organization’s national platform. He also works with Land Advisors Capital on equity assignments related to private equity and debt for projects seeking funding.
Waseem holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in real estate development from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In May 2017, he will be awarded an MBA from the University of Arizona.
Waseem is a member of the Active 20/30 Club of Phoenix, an organization founded by Barry Goldwater in 1932 to serve underprivileged children. He’s a member of the Arizona State University Real Estate Council, and serves on the boards of several organizations; including the Children in Need Foundation, Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and Phoenix Art Museum’s Men’s Art Council.
