Richmond American Homes Purchases 131 Single-Family Lots in Temecula

Land Advisors Organization and The Hoffman Company are pleased to announce the closing of two planning areas within the market-rate portion of the master planned community Sommers Bend.

Located in the highly supply constrained City of Temecula, Sommers Bend consists of a total of 1,317 units. The two planning areas in this transaction consist of 86 improved finished lots in Planning Area 14 and 45 improved finished lots in Planning Area 16B.

The sale was to public homebuilder, Richmond American Homes.

Sommers Bend is anticipated to open for sale in late Summer 2020, and will offer both age-qualified and market rate homes within an amenity rich master plan, at the doorstep of the Temecula Valley Wine Country.

Planning Areas 14 and 16B are anticipated to be open for sale in early September 2020. The homes within Planning Area 14 are anticipated from 1,818 square feet to 2,359 square feet, while the homes within Planning Area 16B are anticipated from 1,943 square feet to 2,949 square feet.
