Woodside Homes Acquires Single-Family and Multi-Family Lots in the Roripaugh Ranch Plan

Irvine, CA March, 2018 – Representing one of the largest residential land transactions in the Inland Empire, Woodside Homes has acquired up to 1,007 single-family detached lots and 334 multi-family units within Phase II of the Roripaugh Ranch Specific Plan located in Temecula, CA. Land Advisors Organization, a nationwide advisory firm focused on the acquisition and disposition of land and land-related assets, as well as the Hoffman Company jointly represented the Seller, Sabal Financial Group, Inc.

The lots purchased by Woodside Homes are a part of the Roripaugh Ranch master-planned community, which is approved for the development of single-family detached lots with a lot segmentation from 3,000 square feet to half-acre lots, multi-family units, a sports park, private recreation centers, an extensive trail system and potential school sites. This is a rare chance to deliver both market rate and age qualified homes within one of the highest rated school districts in the Inland Empire.
