Erin focuses on build-for-rent, sourcing land transactions, and market analysis for Land Advisors’ Master Planned Community Land Team, representing investors, developers, and builders seeking to acquire or sell residential land throughout California. She specializes in identifying off-market opportunities for residential development, researching and analyzing market trends as well as the coordination of marketing initiatives. In 2020, Erin joined Land Advisors as a Marketing & Brokerage Coordinator. In one year, as a result of her strong work ethic and passion for residential development, she was promoted to an Associate.
Prior to joining Land Advisors, Erin spent two years as a strategic marketing and operations executive with a residential brokerage in Manhattan Beach. There, she was responsible for managing end-to-end business operations and providing strategic marketing direction for a team that sold over $120 million of real estate annually. She also spent a year at The Irvine Company managing a 1,500-unit luxury apartment community. Erin began her real estate career as an operations intern with national homebuilder Taylor Morrison in Southern California.
Erin holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Security & Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University. She is a licensed California Real Estate professional and holds a Certificate in Private Debt, Private Equity & Real Estate Investments from Harvard Business School.
