Rob Conroy

Robert (Rob) Conroy is an Associate for Land Advisors Capital. Mr. Conroy creates valuation and financial models to assist in the advisory of the firm’s institutional, hedge fund, and private equity clients. Land Advisors Capital provides solutions from deal formation to execution throughout all positions in the capital stack.

Prior to joining Land Advisors Capital, Rob worked as an Investment Associate at Heritage Reef Capital with responsibility for investing across multiple asset classes and geographies, specifically focused on currencies and commodities. He deployed a top-down framework to analyze global economic patterns and imbalances in order to extrapolate investable themes. In this role, Rob advised institutional investors on his global economic outlook, and screened investment opportunities based on their risk/reward profile.

Before joining Heritage Reef Capital in 2012, Mr. Conroy began his career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Apex Consulting where he performed financial due diligence for the $250 Million acquisition of Sigma, a medical pump company, by Baxter International (NYSE: BAX).

Mr. Conroy holds a Masters of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and graduated with a B.S. in Entomology from Cornell University.
