Recent Experience

The Government Land Services team is currently assisting various agencies across California with the disposition of their surplus land.

The team recently assisted Contra Costa County, the City of Pleasant Hill and the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District with the entitlement and disposition of the Oak Park Specific Plan, which will transform 15-acres of surplus land into a new mixed-used civic-center featuring a new library, lighted ball fields, and 34 single family detached homes.

Prior to selling the land, the team helped the County secure all required discretionary entitlements which substantially increased revenue to the County while collaborating with all other partner agencies in achieving their goals to create a new vibrant civic use.
