Land Analysis and Acquisition Expert Andrew Bishop Joins Land Advisors Organization’s Atlanta Office

ATLANTA (March 18, 2026) – Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce that Andrew Bishop has joined the firm’s Atlanta office. Born and raised in Metro Atlanta, Bishop brings extensive experience in land development, feasibility analysis, and acquisitions to the firm’s landowner clients and residential builders and developers seeking land development opportunities in the region.

Throughout his career, Bishop has focused on identifying and executing residential and mixed-use land opportunities that maximize yield and long-term value for sellers and buyers in Georgia. He brings his extensive experience evaluating land development strategies for public and private home builders and MPC developers, having facilitated the purchase and lot development of more than 5,000 lots across Metro Atlanta.

Bishop is recognized for his systematic, analytical approach to land development. He excels at resolving complex land issues and structuring transactions that align multiple parties. Recently, Bishop launched his own land acquisition firm, A&L Property Acquisitions, and is transitioning to Land Advisors Organization to provide clients and customers with the added advantage of having its broad resources, including data and technology staffs provided by the firm’s national network. His previous experience also includes working with DR Horton as well as with private lot developers where he concentrated on identifying, acquiring, and delivering finished lots to homebuilders.

Bishop earned his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2021, where he remains active with the school’s Real Estate Club. He received his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia 2010. He joins veteran real estate advisor and capital director David Moore who manages the Land Advisors Organization’s Atlanta office. The team will be providing land advisory and brokerage services in Georgia, and capital advisory and strategic financial solutions throughout the Southeastern markets.
