Lennar has acquired Meadowlands, a 550-lot single-family development site located on Leon Road south of Busby Road in Winchester, California, from Richland. The approved community consists of detached single-family lots ranging from approximately 5,000 to 7,200 square feet and was delivered in a grading-permit-ready condition with final maps deemed complete and ready to record. Land Advisors Organization’s West Riverside County Team exclusively represented the seller in the transaction, with Founding Principal Brian Carricaburu and Senior Vice President Andrew Sinderhoff leading the successful marketing and disposition of the asset.
