Situated on approximately 59.5 acres within Riverbank’s primary growth corridor, Horizon/Landmark is a thoughtfully planned residential community featuring detached lots, a 3-acre neighborhood park, and immediate access to a planned sports park complex. The acquisition represents the first phase of a larger master-planned community designed to deliver high-quality housing opportunities in one of the Central Valley’s fastest-growing markets.
The transaction highlights continued demand for entitled residential communities throughout the Northern San Joaquin Valley, where relative affordability, sustained population growth, and expanding employment opportunities continue to attract both homebuyers and builders.
