April 23, 2015 (Austin, Texas) – The Land Advisors Organization proudly welcomes Josh Cameron to their Austin, Texas office, bringing over 18 years of industry experience in land disposition and acquisition and all phases of the land-use lifecycle.

Josh brings a valuable combination of residential and commercial land transaction expertise to the firm. Most recently, Josh worked as Senior Vice President for CBRE Land Services Group in Austin, Texas in addition to CBRE Phoenix, where he and his partner were recognized as the number one Land Broker of the Year for four years.

His deep transactional experience includes:

Stadium Village, +70 acres acquired for multi-family, retail, office and a baseball stadium
Bell 303, +40 acres acquired and developed into Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart Supercenter with various pad uses
Cardinal’s Stadium land, +160 acres acquired and developed into the NFL football stadium with surrounding retail development
Lockheed Martin Property, +154 acres with 1.3 million square feet of Industrial
Moseley Property Auction, +120 acres auctioned for residential development
Dove Valley, +580 acres acquired for the development of a master planned community
State of Texas General Land Office 650 acres acquired for future residential and commercial development

A 1996 graduate of Arizona State University, Josh received his Bachelors of Science degree and continued on to the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, where he later served as a Certified Instructor from 2001-2006. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Council of Austin and Texas Alliance of Land Brokers.
