Orlando, FL (April 26, 2018) – The Land Advisors Organization team of Mike Ripley and Steve Flanagan in Orlando, as exclusive representative of Orange Dale Venture LLC, arranged the sale of 4.4 acres in Orange Dale’s 150-acre Parc Hill Mixed Use Planned Unit Development in Orange City, FL to Nexcore Group LLC based in Denver, CO for $666,000 on April 6, 2018.Nexcore has plans for the development of an assisted living facility, the initial development in Parc Hill, which currently has entitlements for single family, multifamily and commercial development.
