Land Advisors Organization – Orlando Closes Over $6M in 4Q12 Deals

December 17, 2012 (Orlando, Florida) – Land Advisors Organization, a premier nationwide land brokerage firm, announces the successful execution of 4Q12 land disposition assignments in the Orlando metropolitan area including:

The sale of Buckeye Ridge, a residential subdivision in Winter Haven, Florida consisting of 173 vacant developed 50’ lots to REO Funding Solutions III, LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta-based Turnstone Group, Inc., who plan to hold the lots as an investment. The property was sold by REDUS Florida Land LLC for $1.2 million. Steve Flanagan and Mike Ripley brokered this transaction.

The $2.25 million transaction of Holly Hill, a 152-acre Planned Development entitled for up to 867 residential units located on the US 27 corridor in the four corners area of Polk County. The buyer, Sunbeam Properties, Inc., was represented in the sale by Dave Lundberg of Lundberg Properties and Hugh Perlman of Perlman Properties. The LAO Central Florida team of Steve Flanagan, Steve Ruoff and Mike Ripley represented REDUS Florida Land LLC.

The sale of Sedona Ridge to American Superior Land, LLC and Strack Farms Land, LLC. Consisting of 211 acres on the US 27 corridor in Polk and Osceola Counties, Sedona Ridge is entitled for up to 1,351 residential units and 780,000 square feet of commercial development. The buyer’s plans for the land were not disclosed. The property was sold by RL REGI FLORIDA, LLC for $2.1 million. The LAO Central Florida team of Steve Flanagan, Steve Ruoff and Mike Ripley brokered this transaction.

The $600,000 sale of the 35 remaining one-half acre lots in Wolfbranch Meadows, a 15-acre subdivision on Wolf Branch Road in Lake County, FL, east of Mt. Dora to Wolfbranch Meadows Investment, LLC. The Seller was Lake County Acreage, LLC. The LAO Central Florida team of Steve Flanagan, Steve Ruoff and Mike Ripley brokered this transaction.
