Land Advisors Welcomes Kurtis Douglas & Sean Mahoney

Land Advisors Organization is thrilled to announce the addition of Kurtis Douglas and Sean Mahoney as our new Agriculture Advisors. This strategic hire marks a significant step in our continued expansion into the San Joaquin Valley and the agricultural land market in California.

Kurtis Douglas brings a decade of experience in agricultural water management systems and holds a master’s degree in business administration. His expertise in water resource optimization ensures that agricultural processes are both efficient and sustainable, greatly benefiting his clients. Before his career in agriculture, Kurtis served as a United States Army veteran and Blackhawk helicopter pilot, an experience that endowed him with exceptional attention to detail and focus. His integrity and commitment make him a vital asset to Land Advisors and our clientele.

Sean Mahoney joins Land Advisors with 25 years of experience in the asset management and agribusiness space. His extensive knowledge spans finance to agronomy, and his strategic insights are invaluable to our team. Sean’s expertise in farming practices will be instrumental in guiding our clients through complex agricultural land transactions. Prior to joining Land Advisors, Sean held executive leadership positions in multiple agricultural companies, serving growers across the Central Valley’s five farming counties.
