Located in the Clements Hills AVA just east of Lodi, Hidden Oaks Vineyard is ±102 gross acres with ±88 acres of planted organic Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard’s location has more varied topography than other AVAs consisting of slopes and terrace tops that provide a diversity of microclimates and is comprised of older soils (at least 250,000 years old) and volcanic sediments. This allows for a Mediterranean climate of intense sunlight with a cooling delta breeze. Hidden Oaks Vineyard is located within the North San Joaquin Water Conservation District and is irrigated by a well and drip irrigation system.
