SunCal Sells 119 Home Lots at Escena Palm Springs to Toll Brothers – citybiz

David Landes and Mackey O’Donnell of Land Advisors Organization represented the seller, SunCal, in this transaction. 

Master developer SunCal has sold 119 single family lots on 19.75 acres at its master planned community Escena Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA to national luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers.

This transaction marks the latest collaboration between SunCal and Toll Brothers, which in December 2024 opened for sale its 40-home luxury community Nola at Escena.
