Adam has a broad background in multifamily and for-sale residential development and brokerage spanning two decades. He has worked for both public and private developers, builders, and has been involved in all aspects of the development of thousands of for-sale attached units (condos), institutional-scale multifamily units, and the development of two master-planned communities.

Most recently, Adam founded a development company that was successful in getting approval for two Build-to-Rent communities in Los Angeles.  This was due to his knowledge of manufactured housing, Title 25, and having worked extensively with the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).

Adam also served on the LA/ Ventura Building Industry Association (BIA) Board of Directors in 2019, and is a licensed California General Contractor (B), a California Real Estate Broker and a licensed Manufactured Home Dealer.

Adam graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and served five years of active duty in the Air Force including a 6-month deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).  Adam lives in Thousand Oaks, California, and has three children.
