Randy specializes in representing investors, developers and builders in the acquisition and disposition of land development and investment opportunities. He focuses on residential projects for single family and multi-family developments from urban in-fill sites to larger master planned communities throughout greater Southern California. Randy brings more than 2 decades of experience to the residential marketplace.
Since joining Land Advisors in 2002, Randy has played an integral role in the sale of land approved and/or developed into more than 25,000 residential units for a total consideration of nearly $1 Billion. Randy has earned the title of Top Salesperson multiple times and has consistently been ranked in the top 10% of the firm’s producers since he started at Land Advisors.
Prior to his tenure at Land Advisors, Randy spent 13 years as a commercial and industrial broker with both Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International.
Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate from California State University, Long Beach. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is involved with the Urban Land Institute, and is a member of the Building Industry Association. Randy spends his spare time playing soccer as well as beach volleyball and volunteers regularly at the Orange County Rescue Mission, Second Harvest Food Bank and is also involved with the Kiwanis Club of Huntington Beach.
