Tim Barden specializes in representing investors, developers and builders seeking residential and mixed-use opportunities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. As a specialist on “in-fill” opportunities, Tim has the knowledge to cater to developers across multiple product types, including traditional housing, institutional apartments, affordable and senior housing, and high density mixed-use projects. Since joining Land Advisors in 2006, Tim has played an integral role in more than $2 billion in total consideration, and has consistently ranked as a Top 5 producer. 

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine in 2005. Tim spends his spare time coaching his kid’s baseball, hockey and volleyball teams, leading the local YMCA Adventure Guides program, and being outdoors with his family.
