Land Advisors Organization is expanding across the country and seeking Advisors at all experience levels – to focus exclusively on representing buyers / sellers of undeveloped land and re-development sites throughout the United States.

Advisors will be part of a specialized team offering our clients expert advice on property valuations, land entitlement, local market conditions, competitive transactions, buyer trends, and regulatory factors impacting development potential of raw land and other property with potential for residential uses.

The position(s) will be deal-oriented and require a demonstrable understanding of the dynamics of local land and property markets. Advisors should have a solid background in real estate sales, with experience in land planning, zoning, and/or real estate development.


Identify prospective buyers and sellers of land and under-utilized real estate assets
Build trusted relationships with real estate investors, developers, and homebuilders
Evaluate client objectives and propose appropriate solutions
Market properties to potential buyers using a variety of external and internal channels
Field offers on properties from potential buyers
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information
Track market data and relevant sales comps
Provide opinions of value to prospective sellers
Exhibit knowledge of market trends and development best practices
Manage and close acquisition / disposition transactions

Desired Skills and Experience

A minimum of three years of real estate sales experience
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in sales and negotiation
Solid written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and results-driven
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with attention to detail and exceptional follow through
Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex financial analysis
Valid real estate sales/broker license

Position Purpose: Research commercial real estate transactions for entry into our property/landowner database and mapping system.

Job Summary: We are currently interviewing for full-time Researchers/Data Entry professionals for our Scottsdale headquarters. This position utilizes third party data sources and public records to locate recent real estate sales and available properties. Once collected, property information is entered into the Land Advisors’ mapping & customer relationship management (CRM) system. Candidates must have the ability to manipulate tabular data and logically find associations between different data sources.

This is a full-time, in-office, entry level position, remote work is not available. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our central Scottsdale location. No relocation packages will be offered for this position, local candidates only please.


Conduct analysis of intended subject matter according to business needs.
Utilize various sources to find and extract pertinent information.
Compile and verify accuracy of information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Insert property information and account data into the company’s CRM.
Draw/digitize spatial information into the company’s mapping system.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete source data.
Generate reports for Advisors and clients.
Respond to Advisors queries for information and access relevant files.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Experience: The optimal candidate will possess prior experience in the following areas:

Performing data entry and maintenance. Salesforce experience a plus.

Proven web-based research skills.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Understanding of mapping concepts, a plus but not required.
Familiarity with real estate concepts, a plus but not required.
