Century Communities Purchases 57 Single-Family Lots in Yucaipa, CA

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the closing of Stonebrook Meadows consisting of 57 single-family detached lots fully entitled for the development of homes ranging from approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square feet in Yucaipa, CA. The Property also includes a 19,000 square foot recreational area.

In the past year, finished lot values in the City of Yucaipa have increased by almost 20%. However, Yucaipa remains an undersupplied submarket with only one actively selling community and only a couple new communities expected to open in the next twelve months.

Stonebrook Meadows will be able to capture this pent up demand as there are only two actively selling communities in Loma Linda, Redlands, Highland, and Yucaipa. Public and private homebuilders continue to seek new opportunities in the East Valley as new home communities sell out.
