KB Homes Pays $16M for Anaheim Development Site – Orange County Business Journal

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce that the sale of a 4-acre property in North Anaheim was featured in the Orange County Business Journal. The property was previously the site of commercial office buildings and will be developed to provide 83 three-story townhomes with attached garages to this new upscale hub near Downtown Anaheim. The buyer, KB Home, is expected to break ground on this new community later this year.
