Irvine, CA January 21, 2019 – Land Advisors’ is pleased to announce the restructuring of Land Advisors West Riverside County and West San Bernardino County teams.
Industry veteran, Doug Jorritsma, will continue to lead the W. San Bernardino County team and will be joined by Ian Sinderhoff. Ian brings more than five years of land brokerage experience with Land Advisors and two years of practicing environmental law.
Brian Carricaburu will continue to lead the W. Riverside County team with Andrew Sinderhoff. The two are a powerhouse team with over 25 current exclusive listings totaling more than 8,500 residential lots.
Land Advisors’ W. San Bernardino County and W. Riverside County teams have over 65 years of combined experience and have established themselves as the premier brokerage teams in the Inland Empire by closing some of the largest land transactions in the area. Most recently, W. Riverside County team successfully closed 639 lots in Riverside at Spring Mountain Ranch and W. San Bernardino County team successfully closed 856 lots in Fontana at Summit at Rosena.
With over 500 closed transactions and total consideration exceeding $7 billion, Land Advisors’ W. Riverside County and W. San Bernardino County teams have the most residential experience and knowledge of any land brokerage firm in the Inland Empire.
