As a Principal of Land Advisors Resort Solutions, Ben brings to the firm over 15 years of experience and $3 billion in resort sales. He will be responsible for strategic direction, new client acquisition, sales leadership and project feasibility.

Prior to Land Advisors Resort Solutions, Ben was the Vice President of Sales Development for DMB Realty Network, an international destination sales and marketing firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ben led DMB Realty Network’s new business development efforts, attracting over $475 million in new management services clients within only 18 months. Ben’s entrepreneurial skills offered DMB Realty Network the necessary industry experience and leadership to successfully navigate the company’s expansion efforts outside of their traditional focus on brokerage operations.

Ben’s highly-esteemed resort sales career includes Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Lifestyle Property Solutions (LPS), a market leader offering consulting services for resort-style developers, growing from $18 million to over $60 million per year in sales volume in subsequent years. LPS focused primarily on new community pre-sales and event marketing, while also assisting existing communities to accelerate sales within seasoned sales teams. Additionally, Ben served as top sales executive for IMI Resort Holdings, capturing over $50 million in personal sales volume from 1997 to 2000. Ben led the sales teams of communities across the country with IMI, as part of a specialized division launching new pre-sale campaigns such as Carlton Woods, Superstition Mountain, Mira Vista, Lahontan and Governors Club. These communities became early pioneers in the industry, harnessing urgency-based lifestyle strategies coupled with a pre-construction sales offering, enabling developers to raise operating capital before deploying significant resources for improvements.
