$35,000,000 Transaction of Lake Pleasant Heights in Peoria, Arizona
Scottsdale, AZ (February 6, 2017) – Land Advisors Organization recently brokered the $35,000,000 sale of a 1,086 acre portion of the Lake Pleasant Heights master planned community located in Peoria, Arizona. Land Advisors Organization represented the Seller (a joint venture between Oaktree Capital Management, Gibraltar Capital, and Sabal Financial Group) in this transaction. The Buyer was a joint venture between Avanti Properties Group (Winter Park, FL) and Voyager Investment Properties, LLC (Scottsdale, AZ). Voyager will be completing entitlements for the property and Land Advisors Organization has the marketing assignment moving forward.
The Lake Pleasant Heights property is planned for up to 2,800 units and is located adjacent north from the successful Vistancia Community. Robert Charles Lessor just named Vistancia as the 15th best-selling master planned community in the nation based on 2016 new home sales.
Lake Pleasant Heights is expected to be built out in three phases and will include residential, multi-family, commercial land uses along with 220 acres of parks, hillside/open space and a future elementary school site.
