Jacksonville, Fla. (December 12, 2025)-Land Advisors Organization announces that Clint Shea and Luke Feldman have joined the firm’s Jacksonville office to lead its Northeast Florida operations, serving homebuilders, developers, investors and landowners in the region.
Clint Shea, a Jacksonville native and veteran in the residential development sector, has spent his career building and developing residential communities throughout the region. Having successfully overseen the acquisition and development of thousands of residential lots, Clint, who will also continue to serve as VP of Operations at Terra Dev Real Estate Development, has established himself as a go-to resource in the market for facilitating projects through every stage of the land transaction and development process. He brings together lifelong relationships in the industry and expertise in residential market analysis, development feasibility, land acquisition, securing capital, land planning, permitting, entitlements, engineering and construction services with Land Advisors Organization’s robust national resources and proprietary technology to advise and serve the region’s residential development community.
Luke Feldman has been in the land acquisition and real estate sector for nearly a decade. His experience is in both residential land and commercial real estate brokerage in Jacksonville, where he has sourced and negotiated transactions involving nearly 1,500 residential lots across Northeast Florida; led the ownership and investment strategy for a commercial real estate portfolio totaling nearly 100,000 SF; and facilitated over $150 million in commercial real estate transactions during his career. Luke, who will continue to serve as Managing Partner at Three Lions Real Estate Group, is expanding Land Advisors Organization’s capabilities and relationships with residential landowners, developers, and homebuilders across the region. He will be advising landowners on positioning their land for sale with the objective of meeting their goals as well as assisting developers and builders in purchasing, financing, planning, permitting and entitlements, utilities and infrastructure and development of land, while also connecting with end users.
Land Advisors Organization has three Florida offices, serving Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, as well as offices in major market serving the eastern U.S., including Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee and Atlanta, Georgia. Clint obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida, while Luke Feldman, who is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NEFBA, NAIOP, and the CCIM Institute, completed both his Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degrees at the University of Florida.
