Lennar Acquires 527 Single Family Lots at The Villages at Winchester

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce Lennar’s acquisition of Phase 1 of The Villages at Winchester (Villages North) from Lansing Companies. This transaction marks the largest homebuilder acquisition in the Inland Empire by lot count in 2024. Representing the seller, Land Advisors Organization’s Andrew Sinderhoff and Brian Carricaburu facilitated the closing of this significant deal.

Villages North Overview

Spanning 157 gross acres in the Winchester submarket of Riverside County, Villages North features 527 single-family lots. The project will deliver a diverse array of new single-family housing options, with Lennar planning to introduce four distinct product lines for sale in 2026. The property, delivered in grading-permit-ready condition, will commence land development in 2025.

Villages North will offer not only attainable housing but also extensive amenities, including 23 acres of open space and a 8.5-acre Community Park with soccer fields, a lighted baseball field, basketball courts, a tot lot with play structures, and a concession building.

Future Phases

Phase 2 of The Villages at Winchester (Villages South) is currently in the entitlement process and will soon be available for sale, offering additional opportunities to meet the growing demand for quality housing in the region.
