Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of Panhandle South, a 349 single-family home community spanning approximately 73 acres in the North Natomas submarket of Sacramento. Panhandle South consists of three distinct villages with lots ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet, offering high-quality housing options that will provide “move-up” opportunities for future residents.

Natomas is centrally located to prime job centers, Downtown Sacramento, Sacramento International Airport, and major freeways, I-5 and I-80. Its location will also benefit from the future redevelopment of the Sleep Train Arena – the former home of the Sacramento Kings.

Panhandle South was acquired by Meritage Homes, who has shown an interest in strengthening their presence and providing attainably priced housing in the Sacramento area. With the help of Lakebridge – Land Advisors’ complementary capital and asset management business – the Seller was able to capitalize the project, allowing them to complete entitlements and create a strategic phasing plan to unlock the 800+ units with complicated infrastructure.
