Mattamy Arizona Purchases ±37 Acres in Chandler for $13,644,000
Scottsdale, Arizona (December 4, 2017) – Land Advisors Organization announced today the acquisition of ±37 acres by Mattamy Arizona, LLC for $13,644,000. The Scottsdale residential land team of Bret Rinehart, Ben Heglie and Ryan Semro represented the buyer in this significant transaction. The seller was Property Reserve Inc.The undeveloped land entitled HAVEN is located in Chandler at the Southwest corner of Pecos Road and Hartford Street, east of Alma School Road. The ±37 acres are zoned for 283 single-family residential lots, 107 – 35’ x 58’ and 179 – 46‘x 75’.
