Land Advisors Organization’s Charlotte team facilitated the $4.4M sale of two adjacent parcels for the new Meritage community
Charlotte, North Carolina (Oct. 9, 2025) – Land Advisors Organization’s Charlotte office recently completed the sale of two adjacent parcels totaling more than 97 acres. CK Contractors purchased the parcels, located at Hwy 152 in China Grove, North Carolina, for $4,399,932M. CK Contractors plans to develop the 171-lot single family community for Meritage Homes of the Carolinas.
Meritage Homes is planning a new residential community, Grove Mill, featuring a mix of 40’ wide ranch-style and two-story homes. Each home will average approximately 2,200 square feet and will be built on spacious 70’ wide lots. The neighborhood will include a community playground and generous open space for residents to enjoy.
The Grand Opening is scheduled for Q3 2026, with home prices expected to range from the high $300,000s to the mid $400,000s.

The sale was facilitated by Forde Britt, Advisor with Land Advisors Organization’s Charlotte office, who represented the sellers in the transactions, the Blanche Deal heirs.
