Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of Noble Creek Vistas in Beaumont, California. The 63-acre property, located south of Brookside Elementary School, is within the Noble Creek Vistas Specific Plan.
Noble Creek Vistas was purchased by the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency. The Water Agency plans to improve the property with recharge basins that will help spread water and recharge local aquifers — which are currently at maximum capacity. These improvements will benefit the city and the surrounding region.
The property was originally approved for up to 180 residential units, but site restrictions and conditions of the Specific Plan carried an inordinate cost. Our West San Bernardino Team overcame this obstacle by focusing its efforts on alternative buyers in order to meet the seller’s expectations and bring about a successful transaction.
