Vista Winds LLC Purchases 34.2 Acres in Peoria, Arizona for $6 Million
Scottsdale, AZ (May 14, 2018) – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Mike Schwab, Bret Rinehart, Ryan Semro, and Ben Heglie represented the Buyers, Vista Winds LLC in a transaction of the purchase of 34.2 acres (28.15 net) in Peoria, AZ from Vistancia 150 Commercial LLC for $6,093,456 on May 7, 2018.Vista Winds LLC plans to develop a 218-unit Senior Living community on 15 acres, made up of 126 Independent Living, 60 Assisted Living and 32 Memory Care units, respectively. The development plans for the remaining 14 acres are for multi-family residential.
