Garaventa Hills has an Approved Tentative Map and Approved Site Plan Design Review for a thoughtfully designed residential community of 44 homes, naturally integrated into the surrounding landscape in northeast Livermore. 

With a minimum lot size of 8,712 square feet, the Project will offer generously sized homesites, providing residents with both spacious living and picturesque views of the surrounding natural landscape. To maintain the area’s natural character, less than half of the ±31.67-acre site would be developed, ensuring that the knolls remain untouched and enhanced with informal public-access trails for hiking and panoramic views.

The Seller will deliver the Project with all required resource agency permits and mitigation with the Final Map and Improvement Plans in a “ready to record” condition at the close of escrow.
