The Anaverde Nuevo Specific Plan is a masterplanned community located in the southwest region of the Antelope Valley, specifically in the desirable western foothills of the City of Palmdale, CA.

Phase 1 of Anaverde Nuevo was previously completed including 1,627 built-out residential dwelling units, along with two public parks, an elementary school, and significant infrastructure that supports the entire Specific Plan. The future phases of Anaverde Nuevo will be developed with a range of residential product types, totaling 2,318 additional dwelling units.

Additionally, there is a variety of planned complementary amenities within the Project including a community recreation center, local serving retail, RV storage, parks, trails, and vast natural open space areas.

This offering is the opportunity to purchase the entire 2,318 remaining units in the Master Planned Community, which includes 448 approved tentative map lots (Phase 2). The Seller will consider selling the 448 approved tentative map lots separate from the remainder of the Planned Community. Phase 1 of the Project has been built out in its entirety.
