Rancho del Prado consists of approximately 430 acres located in the City of Loma Linda. It has two main points of access via Prado Lane and Crystal Ridge Lane at the northwest and southwest corners of the Subject Property. Rancho del Prado is accessed through the City of Colton, and any development of the Subject Property would likely require the annexation into the City of Colton.
 
A proposed specific plan has been developed, formally submitted, but not approved. This plan outlines a 203-acre master-planned residential community while dedicating the remaining 227 acres to be conserved as open space. This specific plan includes up to 350 single-family detached residences, as well as 17,000 feet of recreational trails and eight (8) acres of active and passive recreational uses.
