Provident Realty Advisors Acquires Rolling Hills Country Club Site with Plans for Mixed-use Development

Dallas-Fort Worth office of Land Advisors Organization facilitates the 96.5-acre acquisition of the infill tract near Arlington entertainment district.

Arlington, Texas (August 22, 2022) – Land Advisors Organization’s Dallas-Fort Worth office represented the owner of the former Rolling Hills Country Club, which closed this summer, in the sale of the property.  The site will be redeveloped as a new mixed-use development by Provident Realty Advisors.

The property, which totals 96.5 acres, is one of the final few land tracts available in the area and one of the last infill opportunities of its size. Rolling Hills Country Club opened in North Arlington in 1954. The infill site is located at the corner of Lamar and Cooper near the entertainment district in Arlington and in close proximity to the DFW airport as well as the fourth largest MSA in the United States.

Landry Burdine, Austin Reilly, and Josh Watson with Land Advisors Organization’s Dallas-Fort Worth office represented Rolling Hills Country Club. Provident Realty Advisors Inc. is the buyer and will develop the site.

“This was truly a unique opportunity in the marketplace,” Burdine said. “Provident Realty Advisors won an intense competition for the site and will be a great steward of the property as it becomes a fantastic mixed-use development. It was bittersweet for me to be involved in the sale and ultimate closure of the club as I grew up learning how to play golf there in my childhood,” Burdine added.
