The sale was to Taylor Morrison, and this take-down includes the closing of 192 residential lots, across three planning areas, along with a 2.5-acre private age-qualified recreation facility parcel.
Sommers Bend is anticipated to open for sale this Summer 2020, and will offer both age-qualified and market rate units within an amenity rich master plan, at the doorstep of the Temecula Wine Country. The age-qualified portion of the master plan, will represent a total of 259 lots, anticipated to offer homes from 1,792 square feet to 2,579 square feet.
