She currently serves as the Managing (Designated) Broker and Executive Assistant at Land Advisors Organization in Orlando, where she plays a vital dual role—driving strategic initiatives, managing contracts and agreements, and ensuring the seamless operation of the office.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Ashley held key positions at leading firms such as Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap, and Trammell Crow Residential. In these roles, she built a strong foundation in marketing coordination, client relations, and transaction support. She is highly proficient in leveraging technology and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy throughout the real estate process.

Ashley earned her Real Estate Broker License in 2022 and has served as a Certified Agent Support Trainer, mentoring new agents through onboarding, training workshops, and continued professional development.
