Andrew Bishop is a Metro Atlanta native with a strong background in real estate and a specialized focus on the land business. He began his career sourcing vacant land, finished lots, and teardown properties for investors across Metro Atlanta, while also assisting in securing financing for vertical construction projects.

He later worked with a private lot development firm identifying and acquiring land opportunities, ultimately delivering finished lots to regional and national homebuilders. Over the past five years, Andrew has led land acquisitions efforts for both public and private homebuilders, building deep market expertise and a comprehensive understanding of residential land strategy throughout the Metro Atlanta market.

In his current role with Land Advisors Organization, Andrew focuses on identifying and executing residential and mixed-use land opportunities that maximize yield and long-term value. Known for his systematic approach and analytical mindset, he excels at solving complex land challenges and structuring transactions that create alignment between landowners, developers, and builders. His experience across acquisitions, development strategy, and capital structuring allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every opportunity.

Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and completed his MBA through the evening program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2021. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer who enjoys the outdoors, travel, and spending time with his family.
