David Moore

As a native Atlantan with 30+ years in the real estate industry, David Moore, a veteran broker, and investment fund manager, opened the Land Advisors Organization’s office in Atlanta. He introduced the firm’s expansive data-driven market analytics and capital services to clients and those looking to purchase, sell, or invest in its surrounding markets. He provides capital advisory and land brokerage services to landowners, homebuilders, investors, and developers of industrial/logistics, retail, condominiums, and master-planned communities across the state. The Atlanta office serves the Southeast with debt, equity, and capital markets solutions.

David Moore graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with degrees in Banking and Finance and in Real Estate. He has extensive knowledge of Georgia and the Southeast. An expert in the real estate industry, he has been involved in appraisal, commercial brokerage, lending, private equity, and investment fund management. A partner with Stratford Land, he specialized in acquiring, entitlement, and managing land assets in four land funds in the Southeast with an excess value of $600M. As a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he is among an elite corps of only 7,500 professionals across North America who are recognized experts in commercial and investment real estate disciplines. David lives in Atlanta with his wife and kids and is involved with many civic and religious organizations.
