Ian Sinderhoff
Ian specializes in representing land owners, investors, land developers, and homebuilders in the acquisition and disposition of residential land in West Riverside County. Ian’s primary responsibilities include sourcing new team opportunities, researching properties, coordinating marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and directing the transaction process.
Since joining Land Advisors in 2013, Ian has played an integral role in the successful transaction of more than 13,000 lots with a transaction value in excess of $500 million.
Prior to joining Land Advisors, Ian was an attorney with Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delahim, Ltd. focusing on environmental and property law. During this time, he helped operate Brownfield Management Associates where he assisted clients, including Fortune 100 companies, to reposition and divest environmentally-challenged properties.
Ian earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, where he served as Administrative Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and a Dean’s Fellow. He was also a student clinician at both the Land Use Clinic and South Royalton Legal Clinic. He holds a bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Geographic Studies from the University of Chicago, where he played Varsity Soccer. Ian is a licensed California real estate professional and member of the Urban Land Institute within Orange County and the Inland Empire.
