Jeffrey specializes in representing owners of transitional and development land properties throughout the

greater Indianapolis area. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate he has built a strong

reputation of trust, based on longterm valued relationships.

He brings a unique set of skills and experience to his role as an Advisor. His deep background in planning

and zoning affords him first-hand knowledge of the entitlement and development process allowing his

clients (whether buyer or seller) additional insight into the most critical phase in the acquisition and

development of land.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, he worked for two separate SVN offices based in Indianapolis dating back to

2016.

Jeffrey received both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Ball State University's College of Architecture

and Planning (CAP) in 2011 and 2014, respectively.
