Jonah brings an analytical approach, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic to helping clients navigate land acquisition and disposition opportunities.A 2023 graduate of Duke University, Jonah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Political Economy. As captain of Duke’s varsity wrestling team, he was recognized as an All-ACC wrestler and Academic All-American. During his time at Duke, he developed a passion for commercial real estate and gained experience in property research, investment sales, and development while working with APG Capital in Raleigh, North Carolina.Following graduation, Jonah was recruited by WWE, bringing him to Orlando to pursue a career as a professional wrestler. While continuing to develop as an athlete and entertainer, he remained committed to building relationships with industry professionals—including fellow Duke alumnus and Land Advisors Organization Associate Sean Meyers—and expanding his knowledge of land and development.Today, Jonah is proud to be part of the Land Advisors Organization team and is focused on building lasting relationships while helping clients identify opportunities throughout the Central Florida land market.
