Advisor Luke Feldman focuses on land acquisitions and dispositions across Northeast Florida, providing market trends and on-the-ground intel to advise on site selection, entitlements strategy, and transaction structuring. Before joining Land Advisors, Luke worked with a national homebuilder on land acquisition throughout Northeast Florida—sourcing, analyzing, and securing development sites while coordinating closely with engineers and planners on entitlements and feasibility. Luke began his career at a top-five commercial real estate brokerage, where he guided transactions from valuation through due diligence and closing. Luke earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is an active member of ULI North Florida, NAIOP Northeast Florida, and the CCIM Institute.
