Mike DeVine represents builders, developers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of residential land opportunities across Los Angeles, North Orange County, and the San Francisco Bay Area. He focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and positioning infill sites, with an emphasis on maximizing value through strategic marketing and a competitive bid process.
As part of the Los Angeles Urban Infill Team and the San Francisco Bay Area Team, Mike works with an active network of homebuilders throughout California and helps evaluate and execute residential land opportunities. He brings a strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, and market dynamics to guide clients through complex transactions.
Mike earned a B.A. in Business (Public Service and Public Policy) from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the Land Advisors Organization California division full time, he gained experience in the public sector focused on development-related initiatives and served as a researcher with the firm’s Scottsdale office, where he conducted mapping, property research, and market analysis to support land opportunities.
