Nancy Surak is the Senior Land Advisor and Managing Broker for Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Nancy is a recognized leader in land sales for commercial development and master-planned communities throughout the Tampa Bay region. She has closed more than $425 million in land transactions, enabling the development of 13,250 single-family lots, 5,900 multifamily units, and millions of square feet of commercial projects.

Her exceptional track record has earned her numerous honors, including:

Nancy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and actively serves on the board of Tampa’s Real Estate Investment Council as past president.  She has held leadership roles in Tampa Bay’s Urban Land Institute, Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Leadership Tampa Bay, and the Pasco County Economic Development Council.

A graduate of Louisiana State University and the University of Florida, Nancy has taught real estate management at The University of Tampa and is a sought-after speaker at national and regional conferences. She is also the creator and host of She’s Wild: The Podcast for Women in Land and Development, where she champions women in the industry.

She lives in Tampa with her husband, Brian, and is the proud mom of two adult children, Luke and Emily.
