Nathaniel Jackson

Nate is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the fields of Civil Engineering and Real Estate. In 2024, he joined Land Advisors Organization as an Advisor, where he currently facilitates land transactions, particularly related to residential and commercial development.
Before making the transition to the real estate industry, Nate dedicated 16 years of his career to civil engineering, serving as a consultant to numerous private development clients. He specialized in the development of Master Planned Communities, along with management of Municipal Utility Districts within the Houston region. His extensive knowledge of the Houston area encompasses a deep understanding of utility, drainage, and development issues.
Nate received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Colorado State University in 2007. He holds licenses as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the State of Texas, as well as being a licensed Professional Engineer in both Texas and Colorado. These credentials underline his dedication to excellence and his ability to navigate the complex landscapes of both engineering and real estate.
His commitment to personal development and community involvement is evident through his participation in notable leadership programs. He is an alumnus of the West Houston Rising Leaders program, Class of 2016, and the Leadership Montgomery County program, which further enriched his leadership capabilities in 2020.
