About
Prior to joining Land Advisors, Ray gained commercial real estate experience in investment sales, where he supported the underwriting and valuation of investment properties, analyzed market comps and cap rate trends, and conducted buyer pool research across multiple states. He also completed a wealth management internship with a global financial services firm, an experience that shaped his client-first approach to advisory work.
Ray earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, where he was a HOPE Scholarship recipient and Dean’s List honoree. On campus, he was an active member of the UGA Real Estate Society and Finance Society, and he competed on the UGA Club Golf Team, twice qualifying for national championships. He is actively pursuing his Georgia real estate salesperson license.
